    起升、开闭机构的 空载调试必须在1.2、1.3和1.4款的检查确认完好 后,方可实施。把小车移动到门腿之间并固定起来(小车和地面之间无阻碍物)。把抓斗移动到小车下方(小车和抓斗之间无阻碍物)。检查抓斗的开度是否符合设计要求。检查抓斗各部分紧固和连接是否正常、可靠。检查抓斗 上的连接环,梨形头装置是否良好,有无异常。检查确认重量传感器型号和安装符合设计的要求。启动起升开闭的主电源,启动控制电源。将电机和减速器脱开,让变频器完成自学习。设定变频器参数,按额定电流的1~1.2倍整定热继电器和 过流继电器。通电调试起升开闭机构,先按4.1.3款低速运行 10~20min重复试车,经检查 调整驱动机构及制动器等正常完好后,再按4.1.3款额定速度进行试 车。在穿钢丝绳前,启动起升开闭机构作空载运行。检查确认起升开闭机构运行平稳,无异常振动和发热等现象。检查确认起升、开闭电机运转方向和同步的完好情况。检查调整各制动器制动和同步的完好情况,调节制动器的制 动力距。检查确认驱动电动机,减速箱,轴承运转处于完好状态。检查确认操纵手柄和升降动作的一致性。穿好钢丝绳,连接上抓斗,启动起升开闭机构作空载运行。检查确认钢丝绳的运行处于完好状态。检查抓斗闭合的紧密性 满足设计要求。检查确认各传动部件支座在运转前、后连接均处于完好状态。检查调整限位开关,检查并复核抓斗的起升高度、最大下降深度。测定电机转速,并分别记录电机的电流及转速。检查确认起升、开闭绳索的连接在运 转后处于完好状态。操作司机室内操纵台上的手柄,把抓斗提升到离地1m位置,进行抓斗开 闭动作3~5次,然后把抓斗放 到地面上。重复上述动作3~5次,对2.3.25~2.3.29的条款进行检查确 认。检查确认手柄方向与开/闭斗、起升 /下降的方向一致。 检查确认起升、开闭绳的补偿行程是否同步。检查确认抓斗开闭动作时活动自如,抓斗打开后检查定位块是否良好,可靠。检查确认抓斗起升链条、C型环、楔套、滑轮 是否可靠;在起升过程中是否有大的冲击和异常。检查并调整起升绳索的长度,保持抓斗的平衡。

    The No-load commissioning of lifting and opening/closing mechanism shall be started only after it has been verified that all items are in good conditions as per 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4. Move the trolley to the position between legs and fix it (no obstacles staying between trolley and ground). Move the grab below trolley (no obstacles staying between trolley and grab) Check the grab openness for its compliance with the design. Check whether the tightening and connection of grab are normal and reliable. Check the connecting ring on grab, and whether the pear-shaped connector is in good conditions. Check whether the weight sensor’s model and installation comply with the design. Start the main power supply for lifting and opening/closing, as well as the control power supply. Disconnect the motor and gearbox, and let the frequency converter to complete its self learning. Set the parameters of frequency converter, and calibrate the thermal relay and overcurrent relay at 1 - 1.2 times of the rated current. Power on the lifting and opening/closing mechanism for commissioning purpose; repeatedly test the mechanism at low speed for 10 - 20 minutes as per 4.1.3. When it is determined that the driving mechanism and brake are in good conditions after check and adjustment, test the mechanism at rated speed as per 4.1.3. Start up the lifting and opening/closing mechanism for No-load commissioning before the steel rope is installed. Check and verify that the lifting and opening/closing mechanism can run stably, free of vibration and abnormal heat. Check the running direction of lifting, opening/closing motor and verity that their synchronism is in good condition. Check and adjust the braking and all brakes and verify that their synchronism is in good condition, and adjust the braking torque of brake. Check and verify that the driving motor, gearbox and bearing are in good conditions. Check the consistency between operation handle and the lifting and descending action. Install the steel rope and connect the grab, and commence the No-load commissioning of lifting and opening/closing mechanism. Check and verify that the running of steel rope is in good conditions. Check whether the closeness of grab complies with the design. Check and verify that all connections of the driving part base are in good condition before and after the running. Check and adjust the limit switch, and check the lifting height and maximum lowering depth of the grab. Measure the motor speed, and record the current and speed of the motor. Check and verify that the connections of lifting and opening/closing ropes are in good conditions after the running. Operate the handle on control console inside operator’s cabin, and lift up the grab above ground for 1 m, open and close the grab respectively for 3 - 5 times; then lower down the grab. Repeat the foregoing action for 3 - 5 times, and check the items under 2.3.25~2.3.29. Check and verify that the handle direction is consistent with the direction of opening/closing, lifting/lowering. Check whether the compensating stroke of lifting, opening/closing rope is synchronous. Check and verify that the grab can be opened and closed flexibly; and check whether the locating block is in good conditions and reliable after the grab is opened. Check whether the lifting chain, C ring, wedge sleeve, and pulley of grab are in good conditions; Check whether large impact or abnormality exists during lifting process. Check and adjust the length of lifting rope, and maintain the balance of grab.
