    共检测了15项血清生化指标。 给药14天时,高剂量组雌 性动物的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)降低,中、高剂 量组雌雄性动物的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)降低,中、高剂 量组雌性动物的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)降低,高剂量组 雄性动物的肌酐(Cre)降低,高剂量组 雌性动物的总胆固醇(CHO)升高,中剂量组 雄性动物及高剂量组雌雄性动物的血糖(GLU)升高,中剂量组 雄性动物及高剂量组雌雄性动物的磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)降低,中、高剂 量组雄性动物的甘油三酯(TG)降低,高剂量组 雄性动物的氯离子含量降低。给药28天时,中、高剂量 组雄性动物的ALT降低,中、高剂量 组雌雄性动物的AST降低,中、高剂量 组雄性动物的Cre降低,中、高剂量 组雌性动物的CHO降低而雄性动物的 CHO升高,三个剂量组 雄动物的GLU升高,中、高剂量 组雌性动物的总蛋白(TP)及白蛋白( Alb)降低,三个剂量 组雄性及中、高剂量组雌性动物的CK降低,中剂量组雌 雄性动物的甘油三酯(TG)降低,中、高剂量 组雌雄性动物的钠离子含量出现升高或降低,高剂量组雌性动物的氯离子含量升高。停药1个月时,除高剂量 组(包括个别中剂量组)动物的ALT、AST及离子浓度仍略有 改变外,各剂量组动物的其它血清生化指标与对照组动物相比,没有明显差异。

On the 28th day after the administration, ALT decreased in the male animals in the middle- and high-dose groups; AST decreased in the male and female animals in the middle- and high-dose groups; Cre decreased in the male animals in the middle- and high-dose groups; CHO decreased in the female animals in the middle- and high-dose groups, while increased in the male animals; GLU increased in the male animals in the three dose groups; The total protein (TP) and albumin (Alb) decreased in the female animals in the middle- and high-dose groups; CK decreased in the male animals in the three dose groups and in the female animals in the middle- and high-dose groups; Triglyceride (TG) decreased in the male and female animals in the intermediate-dose group; Sodium ion content increased or decreased in the male and female animals in the middle- and high-dose groups and chloride ion content increased in the female animals in the high-dose group. One month after the drug withdrawal, except the slight changes in the ALT, AST and ion concentration in the animals in the high-dose group (including individual intermediate-dose groups), the other serum biochemical indicators of the animals in each dose group had no significant difference as compared with those of the animals in the control group.
